Archbishop for the Military Services, USA gives broad permission for traditional Latin Mass to all priests and invites requests of any groups of faithful for access to the ancient Mass

Note that in his letter Archbishop Broglio invites any priest who wishes to offer the Mass for any group of faithful, even new such groups, to also submit requests according to the norms of Traditionis custodes.
