The many little "resurrections" of every day from out of the throes of temptation, the petty meannesses and cruelties that humans visit upon one another, the incomprehensions of the vain and ungrateful and the evil and murderous depravities that cry out to heaven for vengeance: all of these miracles are signs of the grace we share already with the Resurrected One who brings triumph out of every tragedy, good from every evil and life eternal from the darkness and loneliness of the tomb.
