The new “Mass” was entirely the creation of the mendacious Annibale Bugnini who forced it through by deceiving both Paul VI and the Concilium charged with reform of the sacred liturgy after Vatican II. Murr personally knew Louis Bouyer, who both served on the Concilium and confirmed Bugnini’s deception in a conversation with Paul VI after the fact.
