When It's Okay to Kill

In olde England things are not so merry for those who live on the margins of health and whose suffering may open them to the temptation to take their own life. Now those in power are issuing "guidelines" just to make sure everybody is clear on when it IS okay to help kill another human being.

As opposed to when it is NOT okay to kill another human being? Hmm...I may have to think about this for a minute...
