Padre Guilherme is the priest who was DJ ing pulsating inappropriate music early in the morning prior to holy Mass that was so obnoxious at least one priest couldn’t pray his breviary prayers.
Surely with 1.5 million Catholics on site a priest could find something more essential to offer than a poor imitation of a faithless worldly musical entertainer.
When you see name-recognize-able Catholics currying favor with big-tent church by approving of any behavior at World Youth Day ask yourself if said “Pollyanna” sells books.

Dear Father. I would like to say a two things about Pope Francis which I think explain him well. First, the man had a pschotic breakdown early in life. He often admits as much in an indirect way with sayings like, "I can't go there",etc. If you seen him as a recovering mental patient, it explains many of his actions. Such persons simply cannot tolerate criticism. It just destroys them. They have an abiding urge to prove that they are well. So they are easy mark for sycophants. Their judgements are black/white with no in-between. Face to face, they always accommodate, never correct for fear of being confronted. When confronted they react violently often using scurrilous language.
Second the man is a Jesuit. Remember in the 1980's JPII put the Society in receivership. A party of the Jesuits never forgave him. So Pope Francis denigrates JPII as much as he can.
Finally, I see Francis as using the papacy as a means of recovery, inverting the papal office. Rather than subverting his personal needs to the office, he uses the office to "prove" to himself and others that he is not deficient.
I find these two "insights" explain this pope well. The corollary is that we need to pray sedulously for Pope Francis, that his deficiencies will not cause great harm to the Church. It also causes me to reflect on the mystery of Jesus and His Church. There is some great divine purpose in all this which is difficult to comprehend,
I hope this helps.
