After sharing the news first with our parish family today I now also make public for our blog visitors the news of a very extraordinary gift.
An anonymous benefactor, who came to know about us and our church restoration project through this blog as publicized by Rorate Caeli, has this week made the very generous gift of $175,000 to cover entirely the balance due on expenses for the church ceiling repair, plaster and painting of church interior, wood floor, tung oil and chandeliers. We deposited that entire amount back into our money market account, which was used as the primary financial source for the work.
In your kindness please join us in offering our rosaries, Masses and other prayers in thanksgiving for the intentions of our very kind benefactor.
