Today our crew continues work on laying the foyer floor. Newly acquired gray marble will be combined with Carrara tiles left over from our sanctuary floor project completed some years ago to create a checkerboard diamond look.
All-natural materials in our church speak of God’s goodness as Creator who sustains us by nature and, in Christ, by grace.
When we enter a church to worship our Lord, by means of the prayer of His holy Mass, we bring what is natural, our hearts, minds and strength, and we grow in love of Him supernaturally in our souls through cooperation with the graces of salvation in the Eucharist, fruit of the Holy Sacrifice.
