National Committee for a Human Life Amendment now on Facebook and Twitter
Call To Action
March 15, 2011
Congress has set a busy pace this year. We thank you for your response to the various Action Alerts sent out thus far.
To help keep you up-to-date and fully informed about what is going on in Congress, NCHLA has set up Twitter and Facebook pages.
Twitter: Twitter is especially useful for communication of limited, concise messages. Through "tweets" NCHLA sends out notices about new Action Alerts, updates on legislation, new NCHLA programs, and the like. If you are signed up on Twitter, please consider becoming a follower of NCHLA and receive these "tweets." To visit NCHLA's Twitter page, see: Twitter.com/nchla.
RSS Feeds: Even if you are not signed up on Twitter, you can receive NCHLA "tweets" through something called RSS feeds. RSS stands for Really Simple Syndication. Programs called "feed readers" are probably already on your computer (e.g., on Outlook, My Yahoo, or Gmail). Using a feed reader program you can easily create a link between NCHLA's Twitter page and your e-mail program. In this way you will be notified every time NCHLA sends a "tweet." For more information on using RSS feeds, see: nchla.org/docdisplay2.asp?id=253.
It is our hope that you will find these social media tools useful. Whatever you do in their regard, please be assured that you will continue to receive the regular notices about e-mail Action Alerts that pertain to your Representative and Senators.
Thanks for everything you do in support of life!
