It’s not the hands. It’s the novus Ordo

This tweet is making the rounds. But it is a symptom merely, just more of the same novus ordo-related liturgical abuse. Over 60 years of the same.

The root of the problem is an artificially constructed liturgy. A collage from the 1960’s that belongs with all of the other collages you made in kindergarten (or in confirmation class): in the memory scrapbook. Close the cover and move on.

One more exclusively novus Ordo problem among a perpetually metastasizing multitude. Go TLM and you don’t waste precious time on this ridiculous distraction.
