“The adulterous union of the Church and the Revolution is concretized through dialogue. Our Lord said: ‘Go, teach the nations, convert them’ [Matt. XXVIII, 19], but He did not say: ‘Dialogue with them without trying to convert them.’ Error and truth are not compatible; to dialogue with error is to place God and the devil on the same footing. This is what the popes have always repeated, and what Christians easily understood, for it is also a matter of common sense. To impose a different attitude and reflexes, it was necessary to act on minds, so as to render modernist the clerics called upon to spread the new doctrine. This is what is called recycling, a conditioning process intended to reshape the very instrument that God gave to man to guide his judgment.”
