Part of the spiritual problem here is the use of euphemisms conferred by the world and then compliantly adopted by believers. Euphemisms are designed as a denial of sin. Use the real word here: “fornication”.
Fornication is a mortal sin. Do what our Catholic Faith teaches: go to confession immediately and thereafter avoid the near occasion of sin.
