In light of the killing of Kirk, who was a prominent pro-life conservative speaker on college campuses nationwide, Rose says she is mindful of the need for additional security. But, in an email to LifeNews, she says she is not going to back down from sharing the pro-life truth with college students who need to hear it.
“Charlie’s witness inspires us to stand up for what is right. There are a number of college campus events I was planning to do this fall, and we will not be intimidated or stop speaking out for life, with love,” Rose said.
Tomorrow, Rose will be debating pro-abortion activist Frances Kissling at Yale University. Frances is the former president of Catholics for Choice, a heretical pro-abortion group.
“My team at Live Action is taking safety as seriously as possible for this event, not just for me but for every attendee. Feeling compelled to keep truth-telling in potentially hostile crowds does not mean abandoning all precaution,” Rose explained.
