Yes: the liturgy is a “safety zone”: the Incarnate Word of the Father, speaking, acting and truly present as Savior. There is nothing more safe for human persons.
Drinking water every day might be perceived as dull repetition. Feelings are irrelevant to facts: if I don’t do it I die.
The centrality of liturgy is non-negotiable.
