The Church is the Body of Christ. When we do what the Church does, we act in the love of the Lord Jesus, whose Holy Spirit of divine Love fills the Church and all her members.
In the holy Sacrifice of the Mass we do what the Church does, as commanded by the Lord, and enjoy His perfect and saving love in His Word of Sacred Scripture and True Presence in the Eucharist. Our love for others is the grace of His abiding Presence in action.
