Has been corrected. <br /><br />A related case, As an active Marine one day I was driving by a US Army Reserve Center and looked up and saw the National Ensign flying upside down....woah..I pulled into the parking lot..walked into the center, announced myself as a Marine, and said: "are you all in trouble? Distress? What's the issue...You're flying our Flag upside down". <br /><br />Assholes and elbows were immediately in motion. <br /><br />Lack of love and attention to detail, as was the case with St Ann's.
